We offer a money-back guarantee on our subscription-based applications and download tools & drivers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product or service within the first 30 days you will be given a full refund. For a subscription-based application with an initial use period longer than 30 days and cancelled after the first 30 days you will receive a prorated refund for the period remaining in the initial subscription.

No refunds are available after the initial use period for a subscription-based application or after 30 days for tools & drivers.

Payments made by Credit Card will be refunded by crediting the credit card account. Payments made by check, cash, money order or international bank transfer will be refunded by check.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail or e-mail notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
